About The Client

Essential Job Functions:

- Identify, analyze, and document business requirements for IT services within the IT transformation program, focusing on user experience, efficiency, and business alignment.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the new IT service platform, particularly for Asset Management processes.

- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to understand current-state processes, pain points, target-state processes, and transformation impacts, with a focus on CMDB and Asset Management.

- Model and analyze As-Is and To-Be business processes and identify opportunities for process optimization.

- Propose solutions to streamline workflows, improve service delivery, and reduce operational costs, particularly across CMDB and Asset Management.

- Collaborate with Development teams to ensure solutions are designed and implemented according to agreed requirements and best practices.

- Support CMDB and Asset Management integration, functionality, and process improvements within the transformed IT service environment.

- Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases to validate solution quality and effectiveness.

- Conduct thorough testing of CMDB and Asset Management features and processes.

- Support change management activities, including communication, training, and user adoption related to transformation initiatives.

- Contribute to the design and implementation of improved CMDB and Asset Management processes in ServiceNow.





- Ensure CMDB and Asset Management data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with relevant standards.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes using industry best practices and frameworks such as ITIL.

- Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, training materials, user guides, and functional documentation.

- Provide clear guidance and documentation for CMDB and Asset Management usage across the organization.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Process Consultant.

- Strong experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT transformation projects.

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms is highly desirable.

- Strong understanding of CMDB and Asset Management concepts and processes.

- Familiarity with ServiceNow best practices, standard processes, and service landscape tools.

- Strong understanding of ITIL framework principles; ITIL Foundation certification is preferred.

- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.





- Experience managing stakeholders in a changing and transformation-driven setting.

- Experience with business process moClienting tools and techniques.

- Good understanding of Agile methodologies and Agile delivery practices.
