Career Cracker Academy (careercracker.com) is a Mumbai-based IT training institute. We train freshers, non-IT graduates and career switchers for IT operations roles (Incident, Problem and Change Management on ServiceNow, ITIL 4 and Jira) and place them on a Pay After Placement model. 2,500+ students placed so far.

We are hiring a part-time ITIL / ITSM Trainer for our 45-day live online STOM batch. This is a side role for a working ITSM professional, not a full-time job.

What you will do

- Teach live online classes Monday to Friday, 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST, for a 45-day batch
- Cover ITIL 4 concepts and real-world ITSM practice: incident, problem, change, request and major incident management, SLAs, escalations, war rooms
- Run hands-on practicals on ServiceNow and Jira, not just theory
- Teach interview questions and answers for Incident / Problem / Change Manager and service desk roles
- Take an individual mock interview with every student and give them feedback

What we are looking for





- 3+ years of working experience in ITSM / IT operations (Incident, Problem, Change or Major Incident Manager, ServiceNow admin or similar)
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow and Jira
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification preferred
- Previous teaching or training experience preferred
- Clear, straightforward English; Hinglish in class is fine
- Stable internet and a quiet space for evening online classes

Compensation

Rs 40,000 per 45-day batch. This covers the classes, practicals, interview preparation and the individual mock interviews. Good steady side income for a working professional who enjoys teaching and wants to help freshers get their first IT job.
