Job Title: ITI Electrician

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on skills and interview performance

PeCox Electric Pvt. Ltd. is a growing manufacturing company specializing in Electrical Control Panel Accessories, including Panel Hardware, Cable Termination, Cable Management & Marking, and Polyamide Low-Voltage Busbar Supports.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform electrical installation, wiring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Read and understand basic electrical wiring diagrams and circuit drawings.
- Assist in control panel assembly, wiring, and testing.
- Install and maintain electrical components, switches, cables, MCBs, contactors, relays, terminals, etc.
- Identify electrical faults and carry out necessary repairs.
- Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Ensure proper cable routing, termination, and connections.
- Use electrical tools and testing equipment safely.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and company standards.




- Maintain proper housekeeping and workplace safety.
- Support the production and maintenance team as required.
- Maintain basic records of maintenance and electrical work performed.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components.
- Knowledge of electrical wiring and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read basic electrical drawings.
- Good technical and practical skills.
- Basic understanding of electrical safety.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.

Preferred

- Experience in control panel manufacturing, electrical panel wiring, industrial electrical maintenance, or electrical assembly will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge are welcome.
