Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage ITIL Change Management processes to ensure timely and effective implementation of changes across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize changes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for change requests, including request forms, approval procedures, and post-implementation reviews.
- Provide training and support to end-users on newly implemented changes.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in ITIL Change Management or related field (CAB).
- Robust understanding of ITIL v3/4 framework and its application in a financial services environment.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
