ITI Welder / Fitter – Job Opening

TREAT is looking for skilled and motivated ITI Welder / Fitters to join our manufacturing team. The selected candidates will be responsible for welding, fitting, fabrication and assembly work as per production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and measurements.
- Perform welding, fitting, fabrication and assembly work.
- Operate welding machines, angle grinders, cutting machines and hand tools.
- Prepare, align and clamp components before welding.
- Perform welding in different positions as required.
- Inspect completed welds and components for quality and defects.
- Repair defective welds and components when required.
- Use measuring instruments such as calipers, rulers and gauges.
- Maintain welding machines, tools and equipment in safe working condition.
- Follow welding procedures and production instructions.
- Follow all safety procedures and use mandatory PPE, including safety shoes, gloves, goggles and safety helmets.
- Maintain cleanliness and positive housekeeping in the work area.




- Assist Machine Operators and other departments whenever required.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Qualification & Requirements

- Qualification: ITI – Welder / Fitter preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic knowledge of welding, fitting and fabrication is preferred.
- Ability to read engineering drawings will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of welding safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
- Candidates should be physically fit and willing to work in a manufacturing environment.

Salary Freshers: Approximate take-home salary of ₹13,500 per month.

Experienced Candidates: Salary will be decided based on relevant experience, skills and performance.
