IT Support Executive – APCO Suzuki

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day IT support for PCs, printers, peripherals, and other office systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues, including LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and connectivity problems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and network devices.
- Provide technical support to employees across branches and ensure minimum downtime.
- Monitor and maintain basic network infrastructure and IT equipment.
- Handle user support, system setup, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers when required.
- Maintain proper records of IT assets, systems,



and recurring technical issues.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in computer networking and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, software, LAN/Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
- Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to handle multiple technical issues independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience: 1–3 years in IT Support / Technical Support / Networking. Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
