About the Role

Ishmat Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a reliable and hands-on IT Support Executive / IT Administrator to manage the company's day-to-day IT requirements. The candidate will be responsible for employee email accounts, office networking, biometric/fingerprint systems, door access systems, CCTV, computers, printers, and other IT equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage official email IDs for employees and handle email-related issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot office network, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Manage fingerprint/biometric attendance systems and troubleshoot related issues.
- Maintain and troubleshoot door access/control systems.
- Coordinate and monitor CCTV and security-related IT systems.
- Provide day-to-day IT support to all employees.
- Install software, perform system updates, and resolve hardware/software issues.




- Maintain IT inventory and records of computers, devices, and other equipment.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers whenever required.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support / IT Administration.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking, Wi-Fi, LAN, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with email account setup and management.
- Knowledge of biometric/fingerprint attendance and access-control systems.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV and office security systems.
- Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to provide quick IT support to employees.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience managing IT infrastructure for an office/company.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace / Microsoft 365.
- Basic knowledge of network security and data backup.
- Experience with CCTV, biometric, door access, printers, and other office systems.
- Ability to independently handle day-to-day IT requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
