- Candidates should possess skills in Network Administration and Information Technology for managing, configuring, and maintaining IT infrastructure.
- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose, analyze, and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Candidates should possess Network Security skills to implement and monitor security policies, protect data, and mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide effective technical support, communicate clearly with users, and document solutions.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field are preferred.
