We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven IT Sales Executive to join our growing team at R S INFOTECH. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on closing deals, managing leads, and delivering tailored IT solutions to clients — both online (like via IndiaMART) and through direct calls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow up on leads generated via platforms like IndiaMART and other online sources.
- Call and engage with prospective clients to understand their IT needs and offer suitable consulting solutions.
- Develop and present customized proposals aligned with client requirements and business strategies.
- Coordinate sales meetings, solution demos, and assist in closing deals.
- Act as a bridge between clients and the technical/sales team to ensure seamless communication.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing clients and regularly track lead progress.
- Prepare presentations, quotations, and sales reports for internal reviews and client meetings.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date client data and sales pipeline tracking.




- Handle client inquiries, provide pre-sales consultations, resolve issues, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in IT Sales or Software Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust understanding of IT products, solutions, and digital services.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, and online B2B platforms like IndiaMART.

Salary & Benefits:

- Pay: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
