Must-Have
(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)
- Experience in at least one major Application / Technology Modernization program
- Strong expertise in Application Architecture and Solution Design using Azure technologies and Event‑Driven Architecture
- Hands‑on experience with Microservices-based Full Stack Architectures
- Robust .Net expertise
- Ability to provide solutions and drive discussions with various stakeholders
Good-to-Have
- CMS
- Exposure to Frontend frameworks (React.js) and Node.js
- Knowledge of performance optimization and observability
- Experience with multi‑region, scalable application design
