About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented International IT Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating international business, connecting with clients in the US market, understanding their IT requirements, and converting qualified prospects into customers.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales experience, and a positive understanding of IT services such as website development, software development, digital marketing, SEO, e-commerce, and mobile application development.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage international IT sales leads, particularly from the US market.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups with potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Schedule and conduct online meetings with international clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales while achieving monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, opportunities, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the technical and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Follow up with prospects consistently to maximize conversion opportunities.




- Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in International IT Sales / Software Sales / B2B Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience dealing with US/UK international clients is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IT services and digital solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to generate leads independently and convert them into business.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a US shift/night shift.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Compensation Fixed Salary: ₹50,000 per month

Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives
