Looking for sales/ business development professionals with 0-2 yrs of experience preferably with recruitment software. Candidates should have positive knowledge of IT sales/ marketing processes and have good communication and presentation skills

1. Selling our online recruitment software to corporate clients by assessing their business requirements over the phone, over the web or by email.
2. Follow up with the clients once the sales team is involved.
3. Achieving sales targets through the acquisition of new clients.
4. Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, and internet mining.
5. Helping the clients to understand various product offerings and solutions available with us
6. Building and managing strong relationships with customers.

Candidate Profile

1. Positive attitude - confident/ self-motivated
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills: English/ Hindi
3. Must be computer/ internet savvy
4. Ability to work under pressure
5. Good Analytics/ Sale Aptitude
