About The Job

Roles and Responsibilities

- Experience in end-to-end recruitment.

- Client interaction & delivering technical resources around Networking, Core Java, Testing/ automation: Python scripting, Python Developer, C/C++, Linux/Windows Developer, etc

• Strong sales attitude to successfully deliver resources to meet revenue targets.

- Good understanding of core engineering and IT roles, and technologies in a corporate world to intelligently understand the client needs
- Ability to use advanced search techniques, including social networking, professional networking sites, and Google string searches.
- Understanding and experience with contract IT staffing.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills to impress top talent.

Essential Job Functions

Experience: 1-5 Years in domestic contract staffing
