Role Description This is a full-time, remote IT Recruiter (Target based) role responsible for managing the complete recruitment process for technology and IT positions. The IT Recruiter will handle sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels, ensuring alignment with client requirements and role specifications.

Daily activities include coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, updating applicant tracking systems, and communicating regularly with hiring managers and clients about recruitment progress and targets.



The role involves negotiating offers, supporting onboarding, and meeting defined hiring targets and timelines. The IT Recruiter will also contribute to improving recruitment strategies, market outreach, and candidate experience in line with CareerBloc’s performance-driven culture.

Qualifications

- Robust full-life cycle recruiting skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer management.
- Hands-on experience in IT recruitment and technical recruiting, with the ability to understand and discuss diverse technology roles.
- Proficiency in hiring and general recruiting practices, including using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Ability to work in a target-based environment, meeting hiring goals and deadlines while maintaining quality of placements.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and standard recruitment metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions remotely.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior agency or consulting experience is an advantage.
