Hiring: IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers to identify suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening and HR interviews.
- Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database / recruitment tracker.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Negotiate compensation and manage the offer-to-join process.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent pool for current and future requirements.
- Meet defined recruitment targets, TAT, and hiring KPIs.
- Handle multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously while maintaining quality of hiring.
