About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-Level Recruiter - Domestic Staffing with 4-5 years of strong experience in contract staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of sourcing and delivering quality candidates for technical requirements, particularly across ServiceNow, Salesforce, and SAP .

The candidate should be highly responsive, target-oriented, and capable of delivering quality candidate submissions within tight turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for contract staffing requirements .
- Source and recruit candidates for ServiceNow, Salesforce, and SAP roles.
- Understand technical requirements and identify suitable candidates quickly.
- Deliver quality candidate submissions within minimal turnaround time (TAT) .
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates.

· Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including: o Job portals o LinkedIn o Internal databases o Employee referrals o Professional networks and other sourcing channels

Required Skills & Experience

- 4-5 years of experience in recruitment, in contract staffing.
- Solid experience in contract hiring and recruitment .
- Proven recruitment experience for ServiceNow, Salesforce, and SAP requirements.
- Strong existing candidate database/network across these technologies.
- Excellent sourcing and candidate identification skills.
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and requirements quickly.
- Proven ability to work with tight TATs and deliver quality profiles.
- Strong candidate engagement, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and coordination skills.

Good to Have





- Experience working with clients, VMS, and MSP programs .
- Experience in domestic IT staffing and contract recruitment.
- Existing network of ServiceNow, Salesforce, and SAP professionals.
- Experience working with high-volume technical hiring requirements.
