We are seeking a proac¢ve and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordina¢ng top-¢er talent across contract and full-¢me roles, while maintaining solid rela¢onships with hiring managers and external clients.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand stang needs and role requirements
Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
Conduct ini¢al screenings and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure ¢mely feedback and follow-ups
Maintain and update candidate trackers, databases, and recruitment dashboards
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regula¢ons during hiring
Support onboarding processes including documenta¢on and background verica¢on
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualied candidates for future requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administra¢on, or related eld
13 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisi¢on (preferably in stang)
Strong communica¢on and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
Ability to manage mul¢ple roles and priori¢ze tasks eec¢vely
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best prac¢ces
