Job Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment using the Naukri.com portal.
- Source relevant IT candidates through Naukri database and resume search.
- Understand technical requirements and identify suitable profiles.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, notice period, location, and CTC.
- Make calls to shortlisted candidates and assess their suitability.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until closure.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
- Ensure quality profiles and timely submission against requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment activity and candidate records.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Naukri.com Resume Database.
- Good understanding of IT/technical skills and job requirements.
- Excellent candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Solid communication and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
