Role: Canada IT Recruiter

Location: Sector 62, Noida - 100% Onsite

Employment Type: Fulltime Permanent

Shift: 7:00 PM to 4:00 PM EST

Cab Facility: For Female resources only

Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years

? What We’re Looking For:

- 6 months – 2 years of experience in Canada IT Recruitment
- Hands-on experience in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels
- Good understanding of the Canadian Geography, Tax Terms, Work Permit/Authorization.
- Experience working on Contract / Full-Time requirements
- Strong candidate screening and communication skills
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and coordination skills
- Must have a go-getter attitude, and a positive team-player.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Source and screen qualified IT professionals for Canadian requirements
- Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate pipelines




- Work on multiple requirements and meet daily/weekly recruitment targets
- Maintain accurate candidate records and follow recruitment processes
