About The Role

Quickensol IT Solutions LLP is looking for 2 experienced IT project coordinators to manage day-to-day project coordination, client communication, task tracking, team follow-ups, and project delivery.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working in an IT/software development environment and should be comfortable coordinating between clients, developers, testers, and management.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate multiple IT/software projects simultaneously.

Communicate professionally with clients and understand their requirements.

Coordinate with developers, app developers, testers, and SEO team.

Create, assign, and track tasks through the project/ticket management system.

Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.

Maintain project timelines, priorities, and pending-task lists.

Identify delays, blockers, and risks and escalate them on time.

Ensure client requirements are properly documented before development starts.

Coordinate requirement clarification between clients and the technical team.

Share regular project status updates with clients and management.

Track bugs, testing status, UAT, and client feedback.

Identify scope changes and communicate them to management before committing to the client.

Conduct/coordinate daily project follow-ups and status meetings.

Prepare weekly project status reports.

Ensure company project-management processes and rules are followed.

Required Skills





Minimum 1 year of real IT/software industry experience.

Experience in software/web/app development projects.

Good understanding of SDLC and software development workflow.

Valuable communication and client-handling skills.

Good knowledge of task/project management tools.

Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate them to developers.

Good follow-up and time-management skills.

Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.

Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and documentation tools.

Preferred

Candidates with experience in

ERP projects

Web application development

Mobile application development

SaaS/software companies

Client coordination

Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Zoho Projects, or similar tools will be preferred.

Important Requirement

This is not a fresher position.

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of genuine IT/software industry experience in project coordination, software coordination, business analysis, QA coordination, or a similar role.

Candidates with only non-IT administrative/coordinator experience will not be considered.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of assigned projects—not someone who only forwards messages between the client and development team.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, communication, and interview performance.
