Role Summary

Cybersecurity Engineer with IT / OT Experience

Support the implementation and operation of IT and Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity controls for a Greenfield Automotive Manufacturing Plant. The role will help secure enterprise IT systems, manufacturing networks, industrial control systems (ICS), and connected production environments while ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory security standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor IT/OT security controls across enterprise and manufacturing environments.
- Support security of OT assets, including PLCs, SCADA, HMI, MES, and industrial networks.
- Monitor security events, investigate incidents, and coordinate incident response activities.
- Perform vulnerability assessments, patch coordination, and remediation tracking for IT and OT systems.
- Assist in network segmentation, firewall management, secure remote access, and endpoint protection.
- Support identity and access management for IT and OT environments.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, standards, and audit requirements.
- Maintain security documentation, asset inventories, risk registers, and compliance reports.
- Support cybersecurity awareness programs and vendor security assessments.
