Key Responsibilities

- Sales Support: Assist senior pre-sales and sales teams in fundamental solution design activities and client presentations.

- Requirement Gathering: Learn to analyze customer business requirements and translate them into basic technical solutions.

- Documentation &
- BOQs:

Help prepare high-quality technical proposals, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and solution documentation under supervision.

- OEM &

- Vendor Coordination:

Coordinate with top OEMs (Cisco, Fortinet, Dell, HPE, etc.) and external vendors to gather technical product specifications and standard pricing.

- Demonstrations: Undergo training to confidently deliver standard product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients.

- Project Handover: Ensure smooth documentation and knowledge transfer from the pre-sales phase to the project deployment and delivery teams.

Technical Domains (Comprehensive Training Provided)

Candidates with academic projects, laboratory exposure, or a strong fundamental understanding of one or more of the following areas will be highly preferred:

- Networking: Basic theoretical and conceptual understanding of LAN/WAN architectures, Routing &
- Switching protocols, and Wireless Networking solutions.

- IT Security: Fundamental knowledge of Network Security architectures, Next-Gen Firewalls, Cloud Security, and Data Protection / Backup principles.

- Datacenter &

- Cloud:

Basic understanding of physical Servers, Storage arrays, Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI), and Virtualization environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).

Required Competencies &

- Skills





- Strong foundational grasp of computer networking, operating systems, and general IT hardware infrastructure.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; highly comfortable presenting ideas or technical documentation.

- Quick learner with a strong analytical mindset and a structured approach to problem-solving.

- Ability to adapt quickly and perform effectively within a collaborative, fast-paced, and target-driven business culture.

- Proficiency in basic professional applications including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications &

- Education

- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Electronics &
- Communication, Electrical &
- Electronics) / Information Technology / Computer Science / MCA.

- Certifications (Preferred but Optional): Academic milestones or base-level certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+/Security+, or cloud baseline fundamentals (AWS Cloud Practitioner / Azure Fundamentals) will be considered a distinct advantage.
