About the Role

We are looking for a technically skilled IT & Mechanical Executive to manage IT systems, restaurant equipment, and maintenance activities across QSR outlets. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of POS systems, networking, kitchen equipment, electrical/mechanical systems, and other technical infrastructure.

Key ResponsibilitiesIT Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for POS, billing systems, computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, Wi-Fi, LAN, and networking issues.
- Support installation and configuration of IT systems for new outlets.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain records of IT assets, equipment, repairs, and service activities.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues to minimize outlet downtime.
- Support CCTV, access-control systems, and other technology infrastructure.

Mechanical & Maintenance Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain QSR kitchen equipment and mechanical systems.
- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of ovens, refrigerators, freezers, exhaust systems, dishwashers, mixers, fryers, and other kitchen equipment.




- Coordinate with technicians and external vendors for equipment repair and servicing.
- Conduct regular outlet visits and identify equipment maintenance requirements.
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and service records.
- Diagnose basic mechanical/electrical faults and coordinate corrective action.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is safe, operational, and properly maintained.
- Monitor AMC contracts and coordinate scheduled servicing.
- Assist in installation and commissioning of equipment at current outlets.
- Maintain records of breakdowns, repair costs, spare parts, and maintenance activities.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of QSR kitchen equipment and maintenance operations.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
- Good understanding of IT hardware, POS systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple outlets and technical requirements.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel across multiple QSR outlets.

Preferred Candidate
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, IT, or related technical field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in QSR, Restaurant, Hotel, Retail, or Food & Beverage industry.
- Experience handling multi-outlet maintenance and IT support will be preferred.
- Candidates with knowledge of kitchen equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, POS, CCTV, and networking will have an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
