About The Job:
- The Tools & Automation Engineer plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency through the development and maintenance of automation tools.
- This position focuses on asset management and ITIL processes, ensuring that all solutions align with organizational standards for quality and cost.
- The engineer will work collaboratively to deliver high-quality code and support existing projects while responding to client requests.
Essential Job Functions:
- Enhance Operational Systems By Utilizing Servicenow And Itil Frameworks To Improve Management Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Optimize Business Processes.

- Lead And Mentor The Project Team By Defining Project Goals, Facilitating Transparent Communication, And Fostering A Cooperative Work Environment.
- Introduce Innovative Ideas And Process Improvements To Enhance Organizational Progress And Operational Efficiency.
- Provide Tailored Solutions Based On Customer Needs Within The Servicenow Environment, Driving Business Results And Ensuring Alignment With Organizational Objectives
Qualifications
- Expertise In Servicenow Functional Consulting And Itil Frameworks
- Strong Understanding Of Itsm Principles And Practices
