About The Job:

- We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled IT Infrastructure Services (ITIS) Training Faculty to join our training team.

- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in one or more ITIS domains (Networking, Windows, Linux) and working knowledge of other streams.

- This role involves delivering engaging training sessions on foundational ITIS skills, preparing associates for real-world IT infrastructure support roles, and creating high-quality training content.

Essential Job Functions:

- Deliver interactive lectures, labs, and workshops on ITIS fundamentals across multiple domains (Networking, Windows, Linux).

- Specialize in one stream while providing conceptual coverage of others.

- Develop, update, and maintain course content aligned with enterprise IT environments and industry best practices.

- Guide associates through hands-on labs, simulations, and troubleshooting exercises.

- Train learners on operational processes, incident handling, and ITIL-based practices.

- Assess learner performance through quizzes, assignments, and practical evaluations.

- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to enhance technical and professional skills.

- Create and validate assessment questions, lab solutions, and case studies.

- Conduct mock interviews and prepare associates for ITIS support roles.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure curriculum relevance and deployment readiness.

Qualifications





Required Qualifications

- Experience: 3–6 years in IT Infrastructure Services (ITIS) roles such as support, operations, or engineering.

- Strong understanding of at least one specialization (Networking, Windows, or Linux) and conceptual knowledge of other streams.

- Exposure to ITIL-based operations and ticket-driven environments.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

- Willingness to learn adjacent technologies (Cloud, Automation, Security).

Technical Skills Required

- Core ITIS Fundamentals (Any One)

- Networking basics: OSI/TCP-IP models, IP addressing, VLANs, routing fundamentals.

- Windows Administration: Active Directory basics, Group Policy, user management.

- Linux Administration: File systems, permissions, basic shell commands.

Additional ITIS Domains

- EUC (End User Computing): Desktop support basics.

- Database fundamentals: SQL basics, backup concepts.

- Storage concepts: SAN/NAS overview.

- Cloud basics: VPC/VNET, hybrid connectivity.

- Scripting: PowerShell, Shell scripting (basic automation).

Tools & Technologies

- Network simulators: Packet Tracer/GNS3 (preferred).

- OS tools: Windows Admin Center, Linux CLI.

- Monitoring tools: Nagios, SolarWinds (basic).

- Ticketing tools: ServiceNow, Remedy.

- Documentation tools: Word, Excel.





Certifications (Preferred – Any one)

- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Fundamentals

- Linux Essentials / RHCSA

- CCNA (basic networking)

- ITIL Foundation
