- Must have experience with SCCM, WSUS, Jamf, or similar tools for managing patches in Windows and Mac environments
- Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems, system administration, and patch management techniques.
- 6+ years of experience in patch management and system administration in a mixed Windows and Mac environment.
- Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell for Windows, Bash for macOS) to automate patching tasks
- Familiarity with security policies and practices, including vulnerability management and compliance standards.
- Ability to analyze patch logs, system data, and reporting tools to identify issues and ensure patch deployment success.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, end-users, and management.
- Relevant IT certifications like Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator, Apple Certified Support Skilled (ACSP), or CompTIA Security+.
- Familiarity with cloud-based patch management solutions (e.g., Intune, Azure Update Management) is a plus.
- Shifting timing 5AM CST to 2 PM CST
