Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics and Communication Engineering or related discipline from a recognized institution.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Incharge to manage the IT infrastructure of our Automobile Vehicle Inspection/Fitness Center. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining hardware, software, and networking systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the testing center's digital systems and data integration with government portals (such as VAHAN).

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networking systems at the center
- Ensure smooth functioning of testing equipment integrated with IT systems
- Manage data connectivity and integration with VAHAN/Parivahan/government online portals
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner
- Maintain cybersecurity protocols and data safety/backup procedures
- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment maintenance and repairs
- Maintain servers, CCTV systems, biometric devices, and other digital equipment at the center
- Ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity and system uptime
- Maintain records of IT assets, licenses, and maintenance logs
- Train staff on basic use of software/systems as required




- Ensure compliance with IT-related guidelines under applicable rules and regulations

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Diploma in Computer Science / IT / Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field from a recognized institution
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hardware, software, and networking
- Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, server management, and system administration
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Familiarity with database/server-based applications (preferred)
- Knowledge of CCTV, biometric systems, and IT security practices

Skills Required:

- Hardware installation & troubleshooting
- Software installation, updates & maintenance
- Networking (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi setup and troubleshooting)
- Basic knowledge of servers & data backup systems
- Problem-solving and quick technical support skills
- Positive communication and documentation skills
