The ERP & DM program runs SAP across finance, supply chain, manufacturing and procurement, supported by a combined onsite and offshore model. The offshore organisation in Hyderabad covers seven work streams — SAP SCM, SAP FICO, ARIBA, SAP ABAP, SAP BASIS, OpenText and Full Stack and until now each stream has reported directly into the onsite Support Manager.

About the Role

Delivery and support Team Management Coordination with onsite Governance and quality.

Responsibilities

- 10+ years working with SAP, with meaningful depth in at least two of: SCM/MM/WM, FICO, PP/QM/PM, ARIBA, ABAP, BASIS.
- 3+ years Managing distributed or offshore SAP teams of 15 or more people, including Managers reporting to you.
- Direct experience of an SAP AMS or application support engagement operating to defined SLAs, not project delivery alone.




- At least one full-lifecycle SAP implementation or major upgrade, from blueprint through hypercare.
- Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and a explicit view on where a landscape sits on its migration path

Qualifications

- Technical understanding: Enough breadth to hold a credible technical conversation with any of your seven Managers and know when an answer does not add up.
- Integration awareness: IDocs, BAPIs, CPI/PI, OData, and how SAP connects to surrounding systems such as document management and third-party applications.
- Familiarity with SAP BASIS operations, transport management, and authorisation and role design.
- ServiceNow or an equivalent ITSM platform, and Agile or hybrid delivery practice.
