Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to manage IT infrastructure and day-to-day technology operations across multiple retail outlets.

The role will be responsible for ensuring high availability of networks, systems, POS applications, CCTV, servers, security systems, and end-user devices.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience

- Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace
- Antivirus / EDR
- Backup and restoration




- POS and retail applications

- ITIL / SLA-based support

Leadership Skills

- Strong team management and coordination skills.
- Good vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple retail locations simultaneously.

- Willingness to travel to retail locations when required.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have strong retail IT experience, preferably managing IT operations across multiple stores/branches, with the ability to independently handle infrastructure, support teams, vendors, projects, and critical IT escalations. Pay: ₹69,999.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
