Job Title: IT - Mall Operations

Key Responsibilities

- ADSR Implementation & Monitoring: Manage Active Directory / Server Resources implementation, routine updates, user access rights, and continuous security monitoring.
- Mall Internet Services & Network Management: Maintain network infrastructure, optimize mall-wide internet services, manage bandwidth, and resolve network connectivity issues.
- IT Infrastructure & Server Management: Administer, configure, and manage in office IT infrastructure and servers to ensure high system availability and uptime.
- Hardware & Software Troubleshooting: Provide technical support to resolve complex hardware failures, operating system errors, and enterprise software issues.

*Access Control & Biometric System Support: Oversee and troubleshoot biometric attendance devices, security access control hardware, and integration software.
- Daily Health Checks & Preventive Maintenance: Conduct daily IT system health diagnostics, log performance checks, and execute planned preventive maintenance to prevent operational downtime.e & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Experience Required: 3 - 4 years in a similar IT operations or network administration role
