Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Executive – Hardware & Networking to manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure across hotels, restaurants, and offices. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting, network administration, system maintenance, and IT support. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations and minimizing technical disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, POS systems, and other IT hardware.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues.
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and access points.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
- Maintain IT asset records, software licenses, and equipment inventory.
- Monitor network performance and ensure reliable connectivity across locations.
- Coordinate with internet service providers and external IT vendors for technical support.




- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, backups, and security checks.
- Support CCTV, biometric attendance systems, and other technology infrastructure.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT issues, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data security practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate or Diploma in ITI, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT hardware and networking support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, computer hardware, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, and Wi-Fi.
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, printers, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience in IT support for multiple locations will be an advantage.
- Positive problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle technical issues under pressure.
