FNPL is looking for an experienced and proactive IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support across the organization. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant IT experience, with strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees for desktops, laptops, printers, monitors and other peripherals.

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, printer and other technical issues.

- Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops and other IT equipment.

- Manage basic LAN, Wi-Fi, networking and connectivity-related issues.

- Configure and maintain email accounts, software applications and user access.

- Maintain IT asset inventory, records and equipment allocation.

- Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, networking and IT-related services.

- Ensure timely resolution of IT support requests and minimize downtime.

- Assist with the setup and maintenance of internet infrastructure for classrooms, offices and events.

- Support audio-visual equipment such as projectors, displays and other classroom technology.

- Maintain basic documentation of IT systems,



assets and troubleshooting activities.

- Ensure regular system updates, antivirus and basic IT security practices.

- Provide technical assistance during online/offline classes, examinations and other significant academic activities.

- Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in network support and troubleshooting.

- Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office and common software applications.

- Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, networking, routers and troubleshooting.

- Hands-on experience with laptops, desktops, printers and other IT peripherals.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple IT issues efficiently.

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field will be preferred.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
