Job Summary

Proclivity Digitech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced IT Dialer Technician to manage, monitor, and troubleshoot the company's dialer, VoIP, telephony, and calling infrastructure supporting our Website Sales, BPO, and ELD operations.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with ViciDial, VoIP, SIP, Linux/Windows servers, networking, and call-centre technology and should be capable of quickly resolving technical issues affecting calling operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot ViciDial and other dialer systems.
- Monitor dialer performance, call connectivity, agent login, campaigns, and calling issues.
- Troubleshoot VoIP, SIP, DID, IP phones, softphones, extensions, and call routing.
- Manage and troubleshoot Linux and Windows Server environments.
- Monitor server performance, disk space, services, logs, and system availability.
- Configure and troubleshoot SIP trunks, gateways, extensions, and VoIP accounts.
- Resolve issues related to call drops, one-way audio, no audio, registration failures, latency, and call quality.
- Manage dialer campaigns, user accounts, agent extensions, call queues, and basic dialer configurations.
- Monitor internet connectivity and network performance affecting voice operations.
- Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, routers, switches, DNS, DHCP, and basic firewall issues.
- Coordinate with VoIP providers, telecom vendors, ISPs, and external technical teams.
- Maintain system backups and assist with server recovery when required.
- Monitor dialer uptime and ensure minimum disruption to sales and customer-support operations.
- Provide technical support to Website Sales, ELD Sales,



ELD Customer Support, and other voice-process teams.
- Maintain documentation of technical issues, configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Perform preventive maintenance and recommend improvements to the dialer and VoIP infrastructure.

Required Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with ViciDial.
- Strong understanding of VoIP and SIP technology.
- Knowledge of Linux Server and Windows Server.
- Understanding of Asterisk will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of SIP Trunk, DID, extensions, IP phones, and softphones.
- Valuable understanding of networking: TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP, routers, and switches.
- Basic knowledge of firewall and port configuration.
- Understanding of call-centre/dialer operations.
- Ability to troubleshoot voice quality and connectivity problems.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel for basic reports and operational tracking.

- Able to handle critical technical issues under pressure
- Strong in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Proactive in monitoring systems and preventing downtime
- Good at coordinating with vendors and internal teams
- Available to support business-critical systems when required

Preferred Experience Experience supporting BPO, international voice processes, Website Sales, ELD/Telematics, VoIP, call-centre dialers, or telecom operations will be preferred.
