Role & responsibilities

Work closely with the founders and clients to understand business and software requirements.

Communicate with existing and prospective clients, gather required information/data, and implement software solutions as per their needs.

Configure and implement systems using client data, with a good understanding of MS Excel, data handling, and software configuration.

Visit client locations for software implementation, training, onboarding, and support.

Help clients understand and effectively use the software/system.

Provide technical support and troubleshoot client issues.

Test software/products, identify issues, and suggest improvements.

Work with the founders and product team to incorporate client feedback and continuously improve the product.

Travel frequently to client locations as required.

Take ownership of tasks and contribute actively in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred candidate profile

BE/BTech or MCA from a recognized institution.

Priority will be given to a person from Jaipur. Who is local and is aware about the nearby areas.

Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome.

Good understanding of IT, software, data, and basic technology concepts.

Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and willingness to work with data.





Coding/programming is not mandatory, but a strong technical understanding and ability to learn software quickly are essential.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly motivated, enthusiastic, honest, sincere, and responsible.

Strong problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and experiment.

Comfortable interacting directly with clients and frequent travel.

Willingness to work in a startup environment where responsibilities may be diverse and dynamic.

Someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people, visiting clients, and building/improving products.
