About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and creative Content Writer to produce high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content for our enterprise software, AI and SaaS products. The ideal candidate will turn complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content that resonates with our target audience across blogs, websites, social platforms, press releases, email campaigns, and more.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy

- Write SEO-optimized blog posts, product pages, feature announcements, whitepapers, case studies, press releases, and thought leadership articles .
- Create social media content (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube captions) to support engagement and brand visibility.
- Develop email copy, newsletters, and campaign content aligned with marketing goals.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all written materials.

Research & Optimization
- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, product features, competitor insights, and customer needs.
- Apply SEO best practices , keyword research,



and on-page optimization to improve organic search visibility.
- Use analytics and performance data to refine content strategies and improve engagement.

Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to gather insights, ensure technical accuracy, and align content with overall brand strategy.
- Support demand generation campaigns, event promotions, and product launches with compelling content.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications or related field.
- 1–4+ years of experience in technology or SaaS content writing , preferably B2B.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with excellent command of grammar and tone.
- Proven ability to write for multiple content formats (blogs, social, email, press releases).
- Familiarity with SEO principles and analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush etc
- Ability to quickly understand technical products and translate features into advantages for a business audience.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) (e.g., WordPress) and collaboration tools.
