Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst with 24 years of experience to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical teams. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to understand business processes and translate them into transparent functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, stakeholder discussions, and workshops.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Functional Specifications.
- Work closely with development, QA, product, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Translate business requirements into clear and actionable requirements for technical teams.
- Create process flows, wireframes, and functional documentation where required.
- Support the development and testing teams by clarifying requirements and resolving functional queries.
- Participate in UAT, prepare test scenarios, and coordinate with business users for validation.
- Track requirements, changes, dependencies, and issues throughout the project.




- Assist in preparing project status updates and stakeholder presentations.
- Ensure requirements are aligned with business objectives and project scope.

Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Analyst.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Good knowledge of BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Good understanding of UAT and functional testing processes.

Preferred
- Experience working in IT services / enterprise applications / SaaS environments.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or ITSM processes will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to API, database, or integration concepts is a plus.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
