Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and redline agreements (e.g., nondisclosure agreements, teaming agreements, subcontract agreements, master services agreements, statements of work)
- Review RFx Bids & Documents (RFI, RFP, RFQ) and work with sales and proposal managers on terms and conditions and resulting contract awards
- Manage a variety of contracts from "cradle to grave” and contractual relationships with prime contractors, subcontractors, resellers, etc.
- Work directly with internal stakeholders, customers and/or vendors on contractual issues
- Create and maintain positive relationships with sales teams, project managers, finance, and other internal business units
- Effectively manage pipeline of work in a fast paced, sales-driven company
- Work with Contract Director and Senior Vice President, Operations to develop and improve standardized forms and processes
- Perform other tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8+ years' experience working for a professional services or technology company in a contract's role
- Ability to multitask several priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet multiple deadlines
- Experience negotiating with commercial, corporate, governmental customers
- Expertise of full life-cycle contract management and contract types (CPFF, FFP, T&M;, etc.)
- Eagerness to learn and tackle tasks outside of your area of expertise
- Ability to work in an independent yet collaborative environment
- Ability to identify risks and develop solutions
