Key Responsibilities

- Provide IT support to hotel staff and departments.

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.

- Maintain the hotel’s Wi-Fi, LAN, internet, and network systems.

- Support hotel systems such as PMS (Property Management System), POS, HR/payroll systems, and email.

- Create and manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.

- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and respond to employee IT requests.

- Monitor servers, network devices, CCTV systems, and other technology infrastructure.

- Perform regular data backups and help protect hotel information from unauthorized access.

- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.

- Maintain records of IT equipment, licenses, repairs, and service requests.

- Assist with new technology installations and system upgrades.

- Provide IT support during important hotel operations, meetings, events, and guest-service activities.

- Follow hotel IT security, data protection, and operational procedures.





Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software

- Networking fundamentals: LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP

- Windows and Microsoft Office knowledge

- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Basic knowledge of servers, backups, and cybersecurity

- Valuable communication and customer-service skills

- Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to technical issues

Education & Experience

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

- Typically 0–2 years of IT support experience for an entry-level IT Associate role.

- Hotel IT experience is an advantage.

- Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera PMS, Micros/F&B; POS, or similar systems can be beneficial.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
