Role & responsibilities

- Support internal and external audit activities.

- Collect, organize, and maintain audit evidence and compliance documentation.

- Maintain company policies, SOPs, procedures, and process documents.

- Follow up with respective teams on audit observations and corrective actions.

- Maintain compliance trackers, risk registers, and audit reports.

- Support ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, and ITGC compliance activities.

- Perform periodic compliance checks and identify process gaps.

- Coordinate with Delivery, IT, HR, Admin, Finance, and other departments.

- Prepare monthly and periodic compliance reports for management.

- Ensure timely review and updation of policies and process documentation.

- Support information security awareness and compliance training activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- 6 Months 1 Year of experience in IT Compliance, IT Audit, GRC, or Process Management.

- Basic knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, and ITGC.

- ISO 27001 Certification is mandatory.

- Good documentation and MS Excel skills.

- Robust communication and coordination skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills.

- Ability to work with multiple teams and meet deadlines.
