About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up computer systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing day-to-day IT support, and assisting with administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and set up desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

Install, update, and maintain operating systems and software applications.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.

Provide technical support to employees for IT-related concerns.

Monitor and maintain computer systems and peripherals.

Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.

Maintain IT asset inventory and records.

Coordinate with vendors for repairs, procurement, and maintenance.

Assist in basic network troubleshooting and internet connectivity issues.





Support administrative tasks such as asset tracking, documentation, record maintenance, and office coordination.

Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing and collecting IT assets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operational support.

Requirements

6 months to 2 years of experience in IT Support, IT Technician, or a similar role.

Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, and networking.

Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and common business applications.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and support both IT and administrative functions.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Diploma, Graduate, or relevant IT certification preferred.
