Role Overview: IT Analyst Reports to the CEO & Senior Security Manager; Oversee IT operations, infrastructure and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and upgrade in3 software, portals and hardware infrastructure
- Develop new tools including AI applications, and conduct training
- Manage user accounts, licenses and backups
- Oversee hosting servers, monitoring and vulnerability testing
- Support employee onboarding/Offboarding, with IT access
- Troubleshoot networks, systems and AV equipment's
- Act as data consultant for operations when required
Security Duties
- Safeguard online resources, client data and assets
- Conduct audits, data archiving and secure destruction procedures
- Support ISO audits and ISMS maintenance
