Role Overview: IT Administrator The principal role of the position of IT Administrator is to maintain, strengthen and optimize the IT systems of the company. The secondary role may be expandable to include development of custom software applications.

Core Responsibilities

- IT Systems Management: Hardware and software
- Install, configure and deploy desktop and laptop computers for employees.
- Perform routine software updates and security patch management on PCs.
- Provide Technical Support to employees addressing any software or hardware issues.
- Manage company IT hardware and meeting rooms setup

- NAS Installation and Management:
- Install and configure NAS to meet organizational storage needs.
- Manage the user access and permissions for the data stored on the NAS
- Implementing the backup and disaster recovery strategies for NAS Data
- Troubleshoot and resolve the issues, along with updating the firmware and security patches on NAS Devices.
- Monitor the performance and capacity to ensure optimal data storage and retrieval




- Firewall Server and Active Directory Management:
- Configure and maintain the server to manage the network services and infrastructure, Manage user accounts, access.
- Troubleshoot and resolve the network connectivity and performance issues
- ERP Development, Maintenance and Upgradation:
- Support in implementing organizational workflows and quality system in ERP (based on Odoo ERP)
- Continuously monitor usage, take feedback, maintain and customize the ERP system
- Create automation scripts for repetitive tasks
- Lead continuous improvement of the IT Systems
- Research and implement the best practices in IT for data management and security
- Create guides and train employees
- Coordinate with service providers and vendors
- {Future} Lead ISO 27001 Information Security Quality certification of Timetooth

Education B. E. (IT / Computers / Electronics), BCA or MCA

Experience

Freshers can apply. Experience in IT management a plus

Skills Required

- Proficiency in Operating Systems (Windows, Linux)
- Robust understanding of network Protocols, routing and firewalls
- Knowledge of servers, PCs and storage systems
- Experience with Active Directory services.
- Scripting and automation skills
- Staying up-to-date with IT Trends and Technologies.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools
- Python, Javascript
