Responsibilities

- Configuring and maintaining IT infrastructure, including operating systems, Firewalls, VPNs, security tools, Backup applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, hardware networked computer systems, and ERP applications.

- Ensuring data is stored securely and backed up regularly.

- Monitor and manage internal infrastructure requirements, including cloud servers, routers, switches, printers, phones, data storage, video conferencing system, support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments.

- Solid knowledge of different operating systems

- Server set-up and maintenance, data storage and back-up

- Security and data integrity

- Periodical maintenance and management of Microsoft Azure

- Managing and coordinating the development of ERP and networked computing systems.

- User management and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 OneDrive SharePoint operations

- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise.

- Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components when necessary.

- Handle business-critical IT infrastructure Website, LinkedIn,



social media and SEO, Odoo Microsoft 365, OneDrive. SharePoint operations.

- Monitoring IT infrastructure performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.

- Researching and recommending new approaches to improve the networked computer system.

- Providing technical support when requested.

- Documenting any processes that employees need to follow in order to successfully work within our computing system.

Skills

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an IT Administrator reporting directly to senior management

- Relevant degree: B.E./B.Tech. in Information Systems or information technology.

- Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate certification

- Past experience administering server-side technology, ERP, and networked computing systems.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 OneDrive SharePoint operations.

- Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines.

- Availability outside of working hours to resolve emergency issues promptly.

- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Patient and professional demeanor, with a can-do attitude.

- Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
