Role: IT & Administration Executive
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Work from Office)
Work Schedule: 5 days a week (Monday–Friday)
Experience Required: 2–3 years
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive IT & Administration Executive to manage day-to-day IT support and office administration for our Jaipur office. This is a hybrid role suited for someone who is equally comfortable troubleshooting a laptop issue and coordinating with a facility vendor.
Key Responsibilities.
IT Support & Systems
- Provide first-level troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and other office IT equipment
- Set up systems, email accounts, and software access for new joiners; manage exits (asset recovery, access revocation)
- Maintain and monitor office network, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues; coordinate with ISPs as needed
- Maintain an updated IT asset inventory (hardware and software licenses)
- Coordinate with external vendors for AMC, repairs, and procurement of IT equipment
- Ensure basic data security practices — backups, antivirus, access controls
- Escalate complex technical issues to relevant teams/vendors and follow up to closure
Office Administration
- Manage daily office operations — housekeeping, security, courier, pantry, and stationery supplies
- Handle vendor management and negotiations for admin-related services
- Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings for employees as required
- Support in organizing internal events, meetings, and offsites
- Maintain petty cash records and basic administrative expense tracking
- Liaise with building/facility management for maintenance and compliance matters
- Ensure the office is compliant with basic safety and statutory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in IT support, systems administration, or office administration (combined roles preferred)
- Working knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, MS Office/Google Workspace, and basic networking
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Good communication skills and comfort dealing with vendors and employees at all levels
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in a quick-paced environment
