About The Job:

- Seeking an experienced Ironclad CLM Consultant to lead end-to-end CLM implementations, including requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, go-live, and client advisory.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 10+ Years

M-Have Skills

- 10+ years in technology consulting, legal operations, or business transformation.

- 3–5+ years of hands-on Ironclad CLM implementation experience.

- Strong experience in end-to-end CLM implementation.

- Ironclad workflow, template, clause library, metadata, and dashboard configuration.

- Strong CLM process design and fit-gap analysis experience.

- Data migration, functional testing, and UAT experience.

- Strong stakeholder management across Legal, IT, Sales, Procurement, and Finance.

- Experience in change management, training, and user adoption.

- Excellent client-facing, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with Icertis, Agiloft, DocuSign CLM, or ContractPodAi.

- Integration experience with Salesforce, DocuSign, NetSuite, SAP Ariba, or Coupa.

- Contract analytics / AI-assisted contract review experience.

- Knowledge of Ironclad AI/Jurist.

- PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification.

- Big 4 / GSI / legal-tech consulting experience.

- Experience in regulated indries.
