Role Description The ISO 9000 Auditor and Administrator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s ISO 9000 quality management system in alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements. This full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India involves planning and conducting internal quality audits, documenting findings, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions with relevant teams. The role includes updating and controlling quality manuals, procedures, and records; monitoring process compliance; and preparing for external certification and surveillance audits.





The qualified in this position will collaborate with engineering, operations, and management teams to drive continuous improvement, deliver staff training on quality standards, and ensure consistent adherence to ISO 9000 requirements across projects and offices.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of ISO 9000 standards, quality management systems, and internal auditing practices, with experience in documenting and improving processes.
- Familiarity with engineering or technical project environments, preferably in oil and gas, offshore, marine, or related industries.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office suite) and comfort working with documentation control systems and databases.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in audit reporting.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and provide training on quality procedures.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage multiple audits and tasks, and collaborate effectively in a multicultural, multidisciplinary environment.
- Relevant professional certification in ISO 9000/ISO 9001 auditing or quality management is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related discipline preferred; substantial relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Experience 1-5 years in similar role
