Role Description The IPD Billing Executive is responsible for managing the complete inpatient billing cycle, from patient admission to discharge, ensuring accurate and timely generation of bills. This includes verifying patient details, recording services and procedures, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, and processing invoicing and payments. The role involves checking insurance coverage, monitoring advance deposits, resolving billing queries, and maintaining explicit documentation and records in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.





The IPD Billing Executive will also support financial reporting related to inpatient revenue and help identify discrepancies or areas for process improvement. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Batra Heart & Multispeciality Hospital in Faridabad.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong billing process and invoicing skills, with experience in end-to-end inpatient billing.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical skills and basic finance knowledge to review bills, reconcile accounts, and support revenue reporting.
- Candidates should possess effective communication skills for interacting with patients, attendants, clinicians, and administrative staff.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, hospital administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in hospital billing, IPD billing, or healthcare revenue cycle management is highly beneficial.
- Attention to detail, ability to work with hospital billing software, and familiarity with insurance and TPA processes are advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment, manage multiple cases, and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
