Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, direct, and shoot aesthetic, engaging short-form video content using an iPhone.

- Edit raw footage into polished, high-performing video clips for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok.

- Add trending audio, text overlays, captions, transitions, and basic color grading to boost audience engagement.

- Stay up-to-date with social media video trends, popular formats, viral audio, and platform algorithm changes.

- Assist with setting up lighting, props, and angles for on-location or studio mobile shoots.

- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm fresh video concepts and campaign ideas.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Mass Communication, Film Production, Digital Marketing, or a related field (Freshers welcome).





- Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency with iPhone camera settings (4K, cinematic mode, frame rates) and mobile video editing apps (e.g., CapCut, VN Editor, InShot) or desktop software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

- Portfolio: A portfolio or sample of short-form videos/Reels previously filmed and edited is required.

- Skills: Strong sense of visual storytelling, framing, pacing, and trend awareness.

- Attributes: Creative mindset, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
