We are looking for a detail-oriented Inward Executive to manage the receipt, inspection, verification and documentation of incoming shipments. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that received materials are physically and documentarily verified as per Purchase Orders and applicable quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and verify incoming shipments against Purchase Orders and shipment documents.

- Check Invoice, Packing List/Delivery Challan, CoC, Test Reports/CoA, Traceability Documents, MSDS/TDS and other applicable documents.

- Verify part numbers, product description/specifications, quantities, batch/lot numbers, pack sizes and shelf life.

- Conduct physical inspection of received materials for damage, contamination, leakage, incorrect labelling or other discrepancies.

- Take photographs of shipment packaging, labels and material condition as required for documentation.

- Record shipment receipts, inspection findings and discrepancies in the relevant registers/checklists.

- Handle materials through appropriate Accepted, Quarantine, Conditional Acceptance or Rejection processes.

- Coordinate with Purchase, Quality,



Stores and Suppliers for missing documents, discrepancies, damaged materials and other receiving-related issues.

- Raise/assist with NCRs, rejection notes, concessions and supplier complaints wherever applicable.

- Follow up with suppliers until discrepancies and supplier complaints are resolved.

- Handle and document temperature-sensitive shipments, including dry ice and temperature data logger checks, wherever applicable.

- Ensure proper storage/segregation and adherence to FIFO/FEFO requirements.

- Prepare periodic shipment and supplier-related reports and maintain accurate records.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
