? Hiring | Investor Relations + Fund Accounting | Gurugram

We are looking for a high-calibre investment/fund qualified with 5–15 years of experience for a multifaceted role combining Investor Relations (IR) with one or more functions such as Fund Accounting, Compliance, Operations, Accounts/Audit, Trading, or Data Analytics .

? Location: Gurugram

? Experience: 5–15 Years

? Key Responsibilities

• Manage investor servicing including performance updates, presentations, exposure & attribution data

• Coordinate subscriptions/redemptions, KYC and investor documentation with fund administrators

• Handle Operational Due Diligence (ODD) , DDQs and investor data rooms

• Coordinate on side letters with institutional investors and legal counsel

• Support investor meetings, VC engagements and founder roadshows





• Address investor queries in coordination with the COO, administrators and internal teams

• Support additional functions based on expertise, including NAV/Fund Accounting, Compliance, Operations, Audit, Trading, HR, AI implementation or Investment Data Analytics
